Lucy - Director
Hey everyone! My name is Lucy Rosario, the director of Tiny Hearts Childcare. I have worked in childcare for as long as I can remember, and it has always been my dream to provide a childcare program of my own for the community that I've served my whole life.
At our group family daycare, we strive to maintain a safe & interactive learning environment, where our team focuses on not only academics, but also social, emotional, and behavioral skills to ensure your child's well rounded development. With our staff's certifications in First Aid and CPR, we balance safety, education, and fun, to equip children with the tools they need to thrive and achieve a bright and happy future!
Paul - Administrative
Hey folks, my name is Paul and I am the co-founder of Tiny Hearts Childcare. My role here is primarily administrative, and my job is to provide Lucy and our team with all the tools needed to ensure our kids have a safe & pleasant learning experience. In 2007, I graduated from Baruch College with a Bachelors in Arts & Sciences. My major was Corporate Communications and I minored in Educational Psychology. Since then I have played roles in a variety of organizations small & large, which have equipped me to lead better today. Actively operating a Daycare Center has been a goal of mine since a teenager. I always understood the importance of contributing to our local communities and its children. Our children will always determine the quality of the future!
